Light Malt

I am after ideas on how to best utlise 300kg of light malt I have been
given.
Can I replace the sugar/dextrose in Brigalow brew kit?
Do I need to use liquid yeast? As I believe that the powder yeast may not
cook out properly.

Any ideas would be appreciate.

thanks in advance

Mick

What do you mean by, "yeast may not cook out properly." ???

300 Kg is a lot of malt ! is it plain malt og maltextract ?

Cheers
