Light Malt
I am after ideas on how to best utlise 300kg of light malt I have been
given.
Can I replace the sugar/dextrose in Brigalow brew kit?
Do I need to use liquid yeast? As I believe that the powder yeast may not
cook out properly.
Any ideas would be appreciate.
thanks in advance
