Where do you live? At 63rd Ave and Bell road there is a Brew store "What
Ales Ya". They have the setup you need. Actually it is pretty easy to
reproduce. Here is how it works.



Put your carboy or bucket in a tub of water. Wrap your carboy with a towel.
Use a circular sprinkler head over the top of the carboy with a hose down to
a submersible pump. This will circulate the water from the tub over the
carboy and keep it cool. You could also use a fan to cool it even more. I
used this technique before I got a refrigerator and a thermostat control.
It will keep your beer at about 70 degrees when it is 85 degrees in the
house and even cooler if you use the fan.
