Great equipment for all skill levels of brewing, reasonable prices, and
great support staff for advice, etc...
Also, agree w/ Waynes post on "howtobrew.com" webpage... I started there.
don't get too wound up w/ all the technical gargon - brewing is very easy
(like cooking)... theres a ton of room for creativity, like a spagetti
sauce... just follow the basics, practice good sanitation, and have fun!
