Secondary Fermenting Question

Is there any problem with using a 5 gallon plastic water storage bottle for
a secondary fermenting container.

IMO, there is nothing wrong with it. Make sure you can fit an air-lock onto
it. Some people dont like using plastic. I started out by using plastic
fermenters, and cant tell a difference. The only thing you want to do is
watch out for staining and sanatize it good. make sure you dont scrub it
where it scratches it....that is just a place for bacteria to hang out.
