Co2 Kegging question #2

OK one more when i store my beer in the keg should i add co2 i have it at 20
psi now then bleed it down and tap it at 5 psi but when i am not drinking it
should i store it at 20 psi any help please thanks for the other help

That depends on how willing you are to play around with your equipment.
There is a technique known as "balancing your system" which,
basically, means tweaking your dispensing line to give you a good glass
of beer at carbonation pressure. Different types and sizes of tubing
have different back pressures per unit length, and you have to make sure
that you have a long enough line to give you an effective line pressure
of 1 PSI or so at the tap end of the line. For example, I carbonate at
10 PSI, and I find that about 5 feet of 3/16" poly tubing gives me good
results.

If you're not willing (or able) to experiment with this, the method you
describe is probably your best bet.
