Yeast Sediment

Is it okay to have a little of dead yeast in each bottle of wine? The wine
has been racked twice already but before I bottled it there was a little of
yeast at the bottom. Thanks for any advice.

Not going to get you winning any contests, but if the yeast level is
very low, then it shouldn't produce too many off tastes. From the
sounds of what you wrote, you only saw yeast before it went into the
bottle, nothing in the actual bottles right? So with a racking can
that does't draw off the bottom shouldn't pick up too much yeast.
