Thought I'd use up my extras this summer and do a brew. I thought I'd
throw it all together and see what came out at first. But now I'm not so
sure. Any ideas??

3 lbs Plain Amber DME
3 lbs Plain Light DME
.5 lb Crystal 120L
1 lb Crystal 40L
1 oz Saaz Pellets 3%
1 oz Hallertau Pellets 3.8%
1 oz cascade Pellets 5.7%
1 oz Cascade Leaf 5.7%
Safale and Munton Yeast.

i`d use the cascade pellets for the 1st hop the leaf for the second and the
saaz and hallertau the last 5 min. as for the yeast i have no clue i use
wyeast or white labs liquid.
but it look like it would be not bad at all. i`ll drink some

Sounds like it might end up sort of like an ESB or a really hoppy amber
ale. I agree totally with the previous poster about the hop schedule.
If you want something less hoppy you could leave out the Cascade
pellets. However it turns out, I'm sure it will be good.

It came out great!!! not to hoppy or sweet, just right!!!
Batch #18 was good.
