On a brewer's best instruction sheet, is the temperatures described in
Fahrenheit or Celsius?

It should be fairly obvious. Single-stage mashing-- as
well as steeping for extract+specialty brewers-- is done
around 148-160F (64-71C) while fermentation is generally
done below about 75F (24C).
Is there a particular temperature you have a question
about?

considering water boils at 100C if you have instructions that say to
get mash temp 148-158 then i would venture to guess it would be in F
unless of course you can find a way to make the water hotter then
boiling temp without turning into a gaseous state or live 20 miles
below sea level.

ive read your previous posts as well so it seem you make a habit of
asking questions like this. and considering one of your post was
inquiring about a tap-a-draft i would of assumed you already knew how
to brew since you claimed to already of primed and overcarbonated your
beer.

They are in Fahrenheit. See link to an instruction sheet below.

If you mash at -40 degrees, it doesn't matter.

If you brew in Texas, it won't matter. Tap water is already 150F.

Ha ha.. yeah.. its hot down there. My central air keeps my basement
a cool 63F all the time. That should be good, right?

Coincidentally, I came across a Brewer's Best instruction
sheet last night. It clearly stated that all temperatures are
in Fahrenheit.

Up north its perma-frost, down here it's perma-sweat. :-(
