Woodfordes Beer Kits

has anyone tried these kits and are they any good

I looked at the price and ingredients.

They are full-malt kits, no white sugar to add.

So one might expect full flavour too.

Price is about twice normal kit, but since you are buying twice as much malt
extract this seems perfectly fair.

I did their Norfolk Nog. It was delicious.

I just finished a Norfolk Wherry - excellent. Just about ready to keg
a Nelson's Revenge now. I'll get started on the Headcracker next.
Have to be the best kits I've ever used.

do they tast the same as the bottles you can buy i am having some brought to
me cant get it here

Don't know about the bottled varieties - I've never tried them. I've
been kegging the kits and they are definitely more flavoursome than
the competition using added sugar. It's very difficult to exactly
reproduce a commercial brew and I don't even try. I will be bottling
the Headcracker as it's pretty strong.
