| Re: maple beer We took 1 gallon of pure maple syrup to 5 1/2 gallons of water,
boiled for a half hour and used white labs euroean ale yeast.
It's been over a week now and it is bubbling about once every 20
seconds at this point with a nice layer of foam on top.
