PBW???

I usually use One-Step, have since I started. I just ordered some PBW
(Powder Brewery Wash) and was wondering if I will still need to
"sanitize", with either One-Step or something equal? I decided to order
this because I want to be able to soak things, for a few days, in
something besides bleach.
Thanks,

yes you still need to sanitize, its only a percabonate based cleaner not a sanitizer.

Re: PBW???

I would also sanitize. It's the step in the cleaning process that should not
be skipped. I use Star-San. Works great and a bottle goes a long way...
