Dear Friends,
I'm an avid beer home brewer. A very good friend of mine (a nun) wants some
advice on a recipe for non-alcoholic ginger beer, and cumquat liquours
(alcoholic). Anybody out there to assist?

You could try pitching the yeast then bottling before complete fermentation
whereas you refrigerate at the level where it's properly carbonated, but
you're going to have to drink one every day, so that you know when to
refrigerate otherwise.. bottle bombs.
