recipes please

As an avid home brewer, a friend of mine who is a nun asked for recipes for
ginger beer (non-alcoholic) and cumquat liquour (alcoholic). I suppose they
must have fun sometime. Anybody out there who can help?
Bob

Re: recipes please

You might find what you are looking for on either of these two sites:

http://hbd.org/cgi-bin/recipator/recipes
or
http://beerrecipes.org/findrecipe.cfm

On the second site I entered ginger in the search field and came up
with several possible recipies.

She might also look into contacting her fellow clergy in Belgian, the
Trappists brew some mighty fine beers there.

Re: recipes please

Thanks gang - I'll pass on your helpful info to Sr Veronica. She's a pretty
special person. By the way, she belongs to an enclosed order of
Benedictines at Jamberoo in New South Wales, Australia, so can't normally
correspond with the outside world. However, it is good to visit them - they
are a group of amazing women who can achieve almost anything.
God bless,
Bob
