| Recipies/Tips for Non/Low-bitter or Sweet Tastes Does anyone have some suggestions on how to make my brew with little or no (I realize no is probably not a possibility) bitterness, or even making it sweet?
Furthermore, can this be acomplished while having a high alcohol content, or are bitterness and AC somewhat linked?
