How long to Lager?

I'm new to All Grain Lagers, having only had a temp control for my chest freezer for a short time (since July, maybe?). I use Czech rule for Primary fermenting, one day per degree plato at 45° ±3°. Maybe four, five or six weeks in the secondary same temp. Then I bottle, and put the bottles back into the temp controled unit for... a couple weeks? Am I going about this correctly? Beer is now tasty, clear and crisp, tho' not carbonated. I've removed the bottles to 65° cellar. Will increased temp for a couple weeks encourage carbonation? Is a Bock.

Sincerely,
CyberDave

temp

I have found the best results are when I ferment at 55 then let the beer come up to ambient for a couple days. Then, depending on alcohol content, I keep it as close to freezing as possible. It won't be a mistake if just freeze it, then I can make an ice beer! --stupot
