It might be ok. I recently had this happen to a batch of mine... for something new I tried doubling up on malt, hops, and yeast and I almost topped off my fermenting bucket with the resulting wort.
The whole thing got off to a fast start and my airlock got clogged like yours did. Luckily I noticed it before the lid popped up as much as yours, so mine did not spray the ceiling (thats gonna be a great story...

) After switching the airlock I didn't notice much activity, but after a few more days I bottled it and it is almost ready now.
I sampled the first bottle 2 days ago, and I have to say that it has the potential to be my best brew yet!! When you first pour it, it has a really active and quick rising head, but once that tames down it is really good.
So I say let it go and see what you get.
