first time brewer

Hello to all,
As i have just recieved a home brew kit for xmas , brewed and bottled my first batch and now have just drunk a bottle or 2 of my first batch (and it is drinkable) i am amazed

what is the difference in the making of full strength and mid strength reciepes

You can add more suger into the beer to make it stronger. But becareful, too much suger can be a bad thing. You can also make less quanity. For example make 3 gallons out of a 5 gallon batch. It will make it taste stronger also.
