Clearity

Hello Fellow Brewers

Recently completed my first brew was wandering how clear I can expect it to be. I followed all the steps with my kit. I am patient if I let my beer in the fermentor longer will this help the clearity?

What kind of beer did you make? You will get some sediment at the bottom of your bottle. If you shake the bottle before pouring it into a glass it will cloud up the beer some.

Clearity & Taste

I made an American Light. I also could not fit my boiling pot in the sink so I siphoned my hot wort into my fermentor and cooled it there. Will this have any effects on my finish beer?
