Talking question about getting rid of Kraeusen in primary?

Hello, I was wondering if anybody had opinions on this:

I heard that when the Kraeusen subsides and goes back into the wort/beer, it can add bitterness and off flavors, and using a blow by tube to let the Kraeusen get out of the primary for the first few days of fermentation and then putting on the air lock could amount to better beer?

Any feedback on this?

Anyone getting rid of the Kraeusen in their primary? If so how are you doing it?

Thanks!

-David

A better beer? bitterness? I wouldnt worry about it. Ive heard some say "blow off can inhibit head retention" the only time I worry about "blow off" is when Im making a wheat beer. Personaly I dont see a noticable difference between a tripple ripple (or whatever) airlock VS a tube blow off airlock. Its a personal preference if anything.
