brewing without sediment

I have been homebreing for about 7-8 months now. I was wondering if there is a way to carbonate the beer without the sediment. I know A-B still carbonates with yeast, then it is bottled, but is that possible to translate into homebrewing? I have brainstormed about putting the beer in a bottling tank, letting it carbonate, then bottling, but I am worried about loss of carbonation and flat beer. What would I need? Kegs? Draft system? Thanks.

The best way to get sediment free beer is to keg and force carbonate. There are multiple ways to force carbonate.

One way is to keg your bright beer from the secondary , chill it in the (30's) than but 30 psi of pressure on it and shake the crap out of the keg.

Another way is getting carbonation stone attaches to 24 in of tubing(with chilled beer like above) than you attach the tubing to the "in" dip tube on the inside of the keg. Slowly raising the psi, starting at 1, to the desired carbonation level labeled on the chart that is sold with the stone.

From here you can bottle them with a counterpressure bottle filler, or tubing with a a cork attached that fits the ID of the bottle.

All of these ways are going to cost you, but in the end its worth having the option.
