| brewing without sediment I have been homebreing for about 7-8 months now. I was wondering if there is a way to carbonate the beer without the sediment. I know A-B still carbonates with yeast, then it is bottled, but is that possible to translate into homebrewing? I have brainstormed about putting the beer in a bottling tank, letting it carbonate, then bottling, but I am worried about loss of carbonation and flat beer. What would I need? Kegs? Draft system? Thanks.
