Making something dark and shhhweet! Hi there. Had a fantastic porter waaay back at "Bardo" in Arlington, VA (may it rest in peace) but looking for a great recipe for something very close? Best way i can describe it...dark and sweet...like someone took a good porter and jacked it up with just the right amount of carmel/sweetness...NOT overly chocolatey or w/a coffee finish...just smooooth.
If anyone has tasted/seen something that's similar....help a brother out?
