First time beer maikng

Hello all,
I'm new to beer making and have a question. I started my first kit tuesday night. When I woke up the next day it was going crazy, but when i got home from work it had stoped. It has not done any thing since the S.G. is about 1.10 What should I do? thanks for any help.

A few of my beers finish at 1.010 is that what you mean? 1.10 is more like wine or high gravity beer. Need more details to answer. What yeast, what recipe, what is the final gravity expected to be?

I also assume that your gravity is 1.010. I this case your beer seems to have
finished it's fermentation in a day.

However I would leave it alone in for a few days, and then take another reading.
If the gravity is still the same and nothing appears to be happening, you can go
ahead and bottle.

Alternatively you can transfer your beer to a secondary fermentor and leave it
there for as long as you think is necessary. Whether this secondary fermentation
in a carboy does any good for your beer is subject to opinions, so you can
basically do what you want.
