Hi everyone,
I know your going to say it depends on lots of different factors ,however since I have never brewed beer before.And I have tried my larger after a week and it is flat (but tastes great).Can anyone please give me a rough idea on how long a should wait for it to carbonate ?

As long as you primed, mixed well, and have it sitting around 70°F in a dark place, they should be carbed between 2 and 3 weeks.

Lagers don't usually have much yeast suspended at bottling time so it will be a bit on the longer side. I'd say 3-4 weeks.

I have never lagered a beer, just done ales. They are usually ready in about a week, but flavor tastes better after 2-3 weeks. Most of my brews have been more robust & hoppy, so I expected a longer wait time. I don't have the patience for lagers. Maybe some day...
