sugar types??
from what i have read i can add hunny instead of corn or table sugar.
what i wanted to know what amount of hunny per 1 tbs of sugar.
can anyone help?

You might want to read up online. I would assume sugar would have slightly higher sugars since it's dry but probably not by much. I would experiment with it and see what kind of gravity readings you get.
