Old wine

I have some old wine in the shed I fermented a couple of years ago. Due to high work load and other things going on I never got round to killing off the yeast at the right time and removing it from the demijohn. So my question is if and how can I save thing extremely dry wine?

Re: Old wine

You can use a stabilzer and add sugar to sweeten it up. Ask at your local supplier.
