Fermetaion question

OK, guys... This is a weird one. I have never come across it before. I brewed a Wheat beer a week and a half ago. Took the gravity 7 days after. Gravity read 1.015. I figured, I'll let it sit for a few more days to get to around 1.010-1.012. I came back to it yesterday and the gravity was now 1.020. The local brew shop said to just let it sit for a few more days to see if it goes back down. So I ported it to secondary to finish for a few days. Now the first reading the beer had a little bit of leftover kruesen (just a couple chunks) at the top. The second reading it was almost all gone. Could that have given me a false reading? I am just hoping that this is not a sign of infection. I just don't know how the beer could increase in density over a few days.

Any ideas?
