For both subcategories of cider, i.e., Standard & Perry or New England style, the average carbonation level is 2.25. For four gallons of cider at 70°F, you'll need 3.04 oz. / 86.2g of corn sugar. Good luck.

Howdy,
My name is Matt Bussey and I've been brewing beer for a few years. Recently I started some wine, mead and apple cider wine to be exact. I deployed (Navy) soon after I bottled the wine and came back to half of the bottles spilled all over the floor because the fermentation hadn't stopped yet. Pretty disappointing.

I recently complied a list of beer brewing and winemaking supply stores in the USA. Now, I have since realized that such lists already exist, but oh well. I was hoping that anyone who frequents brick and mortar supply stores, or websites, could check my list to see if that place is on the list. It's at www.brewersroundtable.com/Suppliers.html. Any help in this would be greatly appreciated. Take care.

Matt Bussey
