Hello from Houston

Great forum.
I've made almost a dozen batches but still consider myself a noob at this.
Tried my first partial grain batch and bottled it Saturday.
So far-so good. If it turns out I may shoot for an all grain next.

Greetings and salutations. How is Houston treating you? I never think you stop learning. I've been brewing for a few years now, maybe 5, can't remember, and I'm still learning new stuff.

I've had a few winners, and a few loosers. I finally got around to bottling some mead after letting it sit for about two years. I can't wait to taste that. Maybe this weekend I'll sneak open a bottle.
