Just found your forum by accident
I belong to another forum as well but that doesn't bother me if it don't bother you.
I have been brewing for about two years and am currently in the process of going to 10 gal batches. I have been brewing all grain for most of the time I have been brewing. I preferr to brew my own recipes. and am not too overly concerned with style matching.
I also belong to a Brewers build ( brew club).

Greetings and salutations. How are things going today? 10 Gal batches, that sounds nice. Sounds like you are pretty good at it. What do you think your best beer was so far?

Probably my Monkey Paw Brown Ale, it is a modification to Charlies brown of the same name. All my club members love it, it was suggested I make it my signature beer.
