Hello all, just joined the forum and am looking forward to hitting the discussion. I've only been a homebrewer for 8 months or so, and
try to brew every two weeks or so. (Course we know how that works.) Currently there's a brown stout conditioning in the bedroom closet, a modified Arctic Red clone finishing primary in the coat closet, plans for a Belgian golden ale this winter, and a
very understanding and patient wife who lets me do all this despite not really liking strong full flavored beers that much.
