A little about me: Virginia born and bred, Homebrewing for about 3 years. Extract and Partial Mashing. All Grain too time consuming and equipment intensive at the moment.
Favorite brews: Brown Ale, Belgian Ale, Pale Ale.
Currently brewing: Prepping to brew a Peat Smoked Porter and a Fat Tire Clone.
Just bottled an Altbier. Recently coming of age in the bottle: A Barleywine brewed this past New Year's, aged in the Secondary until September, bottled for Christmas. (Recent samplings have been wonderful) Also a Belgian Saison and Belgian Golden in the bottle.
