Have made 3 stouts (1 w/ cocoa powder) 2 brown ales, 1 scotch ale ,1 weisenbock, 1 wheat beer with black current juice, 2 english bitters, 1 Orange Amber (an amber with Orange peel and honey) 2 "belgians of unknown origin" 1 Bine Veer (I don't know how this will turn out, it was made with 7# grapes from my arbor, it was good when I racked it off the primary) and my favorite, 6 I.P.A. s
