Hello from the DC area

Hey everyone, I'm 19 y/o so I'm not actually sure if its legal for me to brew, but I thought I'd check it out, since I figure its never too early to learn.

There are a few good microbrewerys(sp?), DogfishHead, theres a brew pub around that makes its own, and a place in West Virginia(not really DC area) that has a good selection.

Hope I can learn a lot from everyone here! And if anyone could shed some light on the underage thing that'd be great.
