Back to Brewing

Hi everybody, I have brewed about 15-20 batches, but not for about 5 years. I brewed quite a bit in college in the early 90s, thanks to the help of Home Sweet Homebrew in Philadelphia. I have the itch to brew again. My last batch from 5 years ago is still getting better (a Belgianesque Grand Cru that I over did the corriander and hops) and is now velvet. Almost all of my beers are fairly big and bold. I plan to brew my first partial mash. I have used specialty grains on all my batches after the first, but never mashed.

I look forward to learning, interacting, and sharing with you.

Jon
