Hello from Fairfield, CT

New to the site . . . . I've been brewing for about two years (when my work and commuting schedule allow).

Mainly extract brews, but one recent extract to all grain modified brew - a real experiment, but it came out as an amazing brew! (alas . . . it's all gone though).

Looking forward to expanding my brewing, and learning more. Perhaps increasing from 5 gal batches . . if I can find the room to do it.

I'm originally from the Boston, MA area, but have been living in CT for just over a year - away from my brewing buds back in Mass. I found a local supply shop a few towns away, and then I come to find out it's owned by Mark and Tess Szamatulski. Authors of Beer Captured and Clone Brews. Not a bad resource for info, huh?

Anyway . . glad to be here and look forward to meeting brewers from Southwest Connecticut.

Cheers!

Chris

Pretty well, thanks. I hope to get around to brweing more often, but life just keeps getting in the way.

I'm going to brew a batch with a few friends who have expressed interest in learning about home brewing. Just have to find an interesting brew choice that will be ready 6 weeks later for the Superbowl.

Decisions, decisions . .. . .
