Hi there, just a little info on myself. I've been brewing since 91'. Mostly all-grain, but still find myself doing a lot of extract also. I like to brew Ales and Lagers and an occasional Cider. Haven't tried Meads yet, keep meaning too. Just haven't got around to it yet. I Love homebrewing. Its a great hobbie, a ton of fun, and you get to meet the nicest people. Best of all, you get to drink great beer when your done. Cheers

Greetings and salutations. Becareful Meads are addictive. Even worse is when your mead supply gets infected had has to start over. Home brewing is a great hobby and glad you like it.
