Hello from Dorset

Hi I'm from Dorset in the UK and have been making my own wine for a couple of years. I am thinking about doing some beer in the future and thought I'd sign up.

Thanks, I dont know really. I do a lot of foraging and stuff and I saw someone making heather beer on tv a while back. That might be nice.
