Hello to all, new to forum, first post.
I'm trying to get started with home brewing, I have never done it before, I'm looking to hear about your attempts at home brew and the process. Does anyone have a recipe or know of something close to Amber Bock?
Have you read Hot To Brew by John Palmer? Check out the kits (boxed recipes) at your LHBS. They may have something close to an amber bock. A word of caution, bocks are lagers which will require extra care.
Good luck, Wild
