Hello;
My name is Chris Lewis and I am new to this forum. I have been making beer sporadically for the last 2 years and have just recently started making mead. I am also going to start making Hard cider. If anyone has experience with hard cider, or mead, I would love to hear from you. I look forward to sharing insights and ideas with the members.

I haven't made hard cider yet. But I do have about 10 gallons of mead aging right now. I found mead pretty easy to make.
