Talking Hello from Maine (USA)

I just started making beer 12 days ago, I started making wine 3 months ago, I have 1 batch of beer ready to bottle now, one batch 4 days in the primary (true Brew kit) and one more kit to start soon. I also have plenty of wine to drink so I can let my beer age till its ready.

What's your next step? Mead?
Sounds like you're well on your way to a well stocked cellar. Good luck and welcome to the board.
