Hi everyone

I have so many questions, i dont know where to begin. First, i'm having problems with the level in the bottle, i have a 32 valves filler and the bottles are correctly filled until the outlet cam let the pressure go out of the bottle, then it's foaming and the level gets to low on about 3 % of the bottles and if i raise the speed it' 50% to 75% that are to low. the beer temp is 0 celsius and the gas saturation in the beer is 2.9. I use vacuum before filling and i'm rinsing with peroxide before filling, i use new and recycled bottles. Can anybody help me

Can I ask what style of beer you are trying to brew???
It Sounds like you are a comecial brewer with all that machinery

Yes we are commercial brewer. I have found some answers to my questions; the temperature of the beer should be between -2 and +2 celsius, the best is 0 celsius , mine was at -3, and also i think that the level of beer in the filling bowl could change the level in the bottle, when we keep the level very low in the bowl the level in the bottles is better. If you have some other hints for me please let me know
