Micro Brewery

Has anyone here thought of one day opening a micro brewery? They seem to be making a come back. A few places around here are now carrying a large list of micro brews from across America.

An ex-micro owner in a club here in the valley is looking for a partner to start back up. He even has the equipment to start it out. Unfortunately I don't have the cash on hand to offer or I'd be searching for property right now.

Wow that would have been cool. Have you given any thought to names for your brew?

How about opening up a bar and selling your own beer.

I'm not very creative but do have a basic name for the brewery:
Black Boar Beer with a 3B for the cap.

Capital is what I lack keeping this dream from reality.

What about you? Any aspirations to market your beers?

Oh yeah. I would love to own a nice little Irish pub one day. Have my own microbrew sold there. Some nice Irish folk music. Have a few semi private booths. But like you the finances just aren't there.

There are a few good micro-brews here in Halifax, however I don't think it is in my future to start one up.

I am happy enough simply drinking the nector of the gods.

I dream of retiring with a brew pub every day. But that's a long way off and I'm not making much progress at the moment. Anyhow, with the vast majority of Americans swilling their budweiser, and my innate hatred of hipsters, I doubt I'd make it.

Thats why I try and introduce my friend to home brew. Some still stick with bud or even ice house, but a few have ventured into other beers now.

Brew pub

I have a plan to one day open a brew pub in Oregon. It's going to be Rainy Day Brewery and were going to brew all organic brew's. I can't wait!
