This combo can't be beat! Beer & Chili

It came out great. I shared it at my local cigar shop for a tasting and it went over quite well for the maduro lovers.

BTW...The event was a hit. We collected over $2600 in charity for the Childrens Burn & Trauma Camp Courage. Lot of beer was brewed and drank. 75#'s of shreded smoked pork shoulder was eaten. The next event will be Teach a Friend How To Homebrew Day on Nov. 7th.
