I am highly upset over this as I know others are but I am really starting to wonder how far they are going to go. We already have issues with the TSA and now we have "lawful force". What does that even mean??

We've been using "lethal force" on terrorists for quite some time now. Now that terrorists are becoming citizens before committing their crimes, the US probably had to change the naming convention.
I'm really not expecting Holder to keep his job much longer due his other fiasco.

Basically, the government is allowed to infringe on any Americans rights and murder their own citizens if they think (note that there does not have to be reasonable cause, just a "maybe" will suffice) they are terrorists. Their does not need to be any formal documentation signed by the President or Congress, just tag em and bag em.

I understand wanting to protect the innocent but what about the fact that not every citizen is a bad one? It seems like no one understands how this could be bad at the same time. Like the TSA frisking little old ladies in diapers and kids.

Basically, the American people have been more than willing to give up their rights for the illusion of safety. Has anyone heard about the TSA checks on the roadways? Here is one story about it. I have read some others about VIPR teams stopping motorists and inspecting their vehicles.

This whole idea smells rotten, and I really believe nothing good is going to come of it. What happens if someone gets mad at you, calls in that you are a terrorist, and then you spend life behind bars?! No trial, no questions, and nothing can be done to help you. What if the government or someone high up decides to drastically change the U.S.? I am going to throw out the New World Order, just because most people know about it. Anyone who does not want to follow along like sheep with the new path will be deemed terrorists. I do not know why the government does not just burn the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, they are trying to get rid of it by all their actions anyway! What the U.S. has become really makes me sick!

This is a terrible notion and one which I hope the government will soon stop from happening. However, it seems like the government is in a power hungry grab and wanting to take away everything they can.

Well, President Obama has already been quoted as saying (along with others) that the Constitution is "outdated". Give him another term and another Supreme Court Justice or two and they just might do that Kimberly.

Amen! I was going to post just about everything you said!

First I have heard of it and it makes me sick! How many more civil rights are they going to take away from us? Seriously anyone could get mad at me and call me in for terroristic behaviors and then I will be treated unfairly. Just seems wrong to me.
