Angel Biscuits


Has anyone ever had Angel Biscuits? My wife made some the other day and they are delicious! I loved them and she said they're easy to make. You make them with yeast which is what makes them so light and delicate. I'd never heard of it before but she got the recipe from a friend.


So what makes them more special than other light biscuits? I looked some up and they look pretty normal to me.

It's interesting that they use yeast, too, in addition to the other leavening agents baking soda and baking powder already in them.

I have never had them that I am aware of but now I want to try and see if I can taste the difference. You had me when you said biscuits to start with. I could eat them for breakfast, lunch & dinner!
