Conical Brewing

I am looking for techniques used brewing with Conical Fermenters.

I have some people boil and load up the conical and do their primary and
secondary in the conical, No sparging, just mashing out on occassion.

Others have indicayed they brew as usual, ie boil, lauter, sparge primary
and then finish in the conical.

Is there any good books on brewing with a conical?
Web pages you can refer me to?

Any input would be helpful.

Thanks in advance

You're making this harder than it should be. The conical takes the place of
the fermenter, primary and secondary, period. With the conical "fermenter"
you eliminate the need to rack to a secondary because you can pull off the
trub without moving the beer. All other processes remain the same.
