Delicious Soy-Sherry Basting Sauce

Okay, whether you like beef, pork, lamb, poultry or even seafood, you can use this soy-sherry sauce!

Mix 2 cups soy sauce; 2 cups dry sherry; 1/4 cup cooking oil; 1/4 cup dry mustard; 6 cloves garlic minced; 4 teaspoons ground ginger; and 4 teaspoons dried thyme, crushed. Pack in 1-cup containers. Refrigerate. Makes 4 cups.
