I'm going to serve steamed fish with ginger sesame sauce tonight for our New Year's Eve Dinner. For the sauce: Heat sesame oil in pan. Saute ginger, garlic and onion. Add water, soy sauce and lime juice then bring to a boil. Add a little salt, pepper, and sugar for seasoning, depending on your taste. Stir continuously until the sauce thickens. Pour the sauce over steamed whole fish then garnish with chopped coriander and spring onions.
