I am also looking for a recipe to finish my son's feijoa wine
I am a grandmother and hobby orchardist from New Zealand. We had a huge crop of feijoas and when my son visited he put down a brew of feijoa wine. It stood on top of a cupboad by the stove for three weeks or so.
I noticed the fruit flies were milling around so today I have strained it and tasted it.
Now I need to know what to do next. It tasted fine.
