That's not really the name of the pasta dish. I don't actually know how it is called... I tasted it yesterday at a birthday party. The one who prepare the pasta dish has some French cuisine training, and I assume the pasta recipe has a French twist... Anyway, I so love the dish. It's so different from the creamy or the classic tomato pasta sauce that I used to have. It has this tangy kick to it and a lot of fresh tomatoes, sliced bell pepper and onions. I'm guessing the sauce has a balsamic or lemon base. Too bad, I wasn't able to ask about it.
